This liquid herbal formula is packed with adaptogens, a group of plants proven to increase the body's ability to cope with and respond to stress.
Rhodiola
Rhodiola assists your adrenals in functioning healthily and your body in coping with stress. It has also been proven to relieve low mood and anxiety as well as promoting alertness, memory and mental function. In addition, rhodiola can improve your physical endurance and reduce fatigue, which are often side effects of low mood and anxiety.
Ashwagandha
Also called Indian Ginseng, ashwagandha helps your body cope with stress and can ease low mood and anxiety. It also helps to improve your sleep quality and duration.
Chamomile
Chamomile is famous for its ability to reduce anxiety and stress and gently make you relaxed and sleepy! It also works its soothing magic on your digestive system, helping with digestive discomfort. This is especially true for digestive issues caused by stress.
Tulsi
Tulsi is an uplifting herb that works to ease stress and anxiety while also enhancing cognitive function. Just like chamomile, tulsi also helps with digestive discomfort like bloating, heartburn and irritable bowel syndrome. A lot of times, digestive issues can be linked to stress, and these herbs help with both!
What is an adaptogen?
Adaptogens are a specific group of herbs and mushrooms that help your body resist and cope with biological, physical, environmental and mental stresses. Taking them helps you minimise the effect chronic stress can have on your physical and mental health. The main benefits of adaptogens are that they protect your brain and have antidepressant and anti-anxiety properties. They can also reduce fatigue. Adaptogens are non-toxic, meaning they are completely safe for long term use.
This product contains rhodiola root, chamomile, ashwagandha root, tulsi, purified water and ethyl alcohol.
Our Tinctures contain alcohol. Using alcohol enables us to effectively extract a wide range of constituents from plants. It also means that tinctures keep well - alcohol prevents the growth of bacteria and inhibits enzyme activity. Tinctures are easy to take and to carry around with you as you only need small amounts (generally of 2-3 teaspoons per day).

When to take
We recommend taking 5ml before or after lunch and 5ml before or after dinner for a minimum of 7-10 days. Always dilute the tincture in water before drinking (see below ‘how to make’). You can increase to an extra 5ml before or after breakfast if needed.
What is the maximum you can take daily?
You can take up to 15ml of this tincture per day, which means you can have up to 5ml before or after breakfast; 5ml before or after lunch; and 5ml before or after dinner.
How to make
Dilute 5ml in half a glass of room temperature water and drink.
Cautions
